Shipping & Delivery
The standard delivery is based on the weight of the items that you purchase. You can also pick up your order from our warehouse, to do this when placing your order select 'Collect in person' and you will not be charged any shipping.

You will receive your items within 5 working days if the goods are in stock.

At l’arbre we endeavour to ensure the website is kept up to date and indicate if any items are out of stock. If the items are not in stock we are able to carry out a back order for you if you order in the normal way and we will dispatch the item to you as soon as the item becomes available again. In the event of an administrative error and the item becomes out of stock before we are able to dispatch your order we will inform you via email.

For orders to be sent overseas or outside of the UK mainland please contact info@larbre.co.uk for the postage costs.
Privacy & Security
We take your privacy and internet security very seriously. Our website uses AES-256 High-Grade 256-bit encryption to prevent your details being intercepted by a third party during the order process. We destroy your payment details 10 days after completion of your order to safeguard your card numbers. Larbre does not disclose buyers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment or were you have given your consent to do so. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. We will add you name and address to our mailing list to keep you informed about your orders and future offers, if you do not wish to be mailed please let us know. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to your browser preferences and selecting block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies
Returns & Replacements
Any products returned should be unused and in their original packaging. You must also email info@larbre.co.uk to inform us of any items being returned. You will be entitled to a replacement or refund if returned products reach us within 10 days of delivery. Please ensure that returns are packed and labeled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. You should obtain proof of posting (free from the Post Office). Send all returns to: L’arbre, Beech Tree Farmhouse, Main Street, Linton on Ouse, YO30 2AS We will not give refunds on the following items:
  • Items returned after 10 days
  • Personalised items such as greetings cards
  • Any items incorrectly packaged or not received. The goods remain your property until safely returned to L’arbre.
Ordering
Ordering online is quick and easy and the steps involved are set out below. You do not need to register with us to place an order - simply choose the 'Just Checkout' option. Registering with us will give you a faster ordering process in the future, as we can store your addresses and card details securely.

If you are having any trouble placing an order please email us at info@larbre.co.uk When you see an item you wish to order simply click on it, select he size/age required and then click add to basket. Either continue shopping or simply head straight to checkout and follow the instructions.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We currently accept orders paid by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Swith or Maestro. We will not charge your card until your order is confirmed by our warehouse as despatched. As an additional security measure to combat unauthorised card use we will ask you to enter the last three digits printed on the reverse of your card at the checkout.

If you are not comfortable paying by credit card online email info@larbre.co.uk detailing your contact details and we will ring you back.

If you wish to pay by cheque, we can only accept your order by mail and can only dispatch the goods once the cheque is fully cleared. All prices shown are in pounds sterling, and include VAT. We regret that at this time we can only accept orders paid in sterling.
Viewing Orders
To view your orders log into your account by clicking on 'Your Account' on the navigation. From there click on 'My Orders' to view all the previous orders you have made at L'arbre.
Updating Account Information
To view your orders log into your account by clicking on 'Your Account' on the navigation, then navigate to the 'Account Information' by clicking the link in the left hand column. From here you can change your details and update by clicking the save button.
